> And add whatever you prefer ! Like carrots, eggplant, squash, grapefruit is really good, kiwi [is an awesome source of vitamin C btw], peach, etc. ! i mean, nobody love all the veggies available at grocery huhh ?
> Whole wheat or corn or almond flour is also excellent, Fiber One cereals too and rice [brown] :)
( Okay i’m a biiiig fan of .. when i’m not the one who’s cooking it ! Maybe it’s the brand i buy or idk..but it does not taste as good as restaurant does !)
> You also can add peanut butter, sugar free jelly (Smucker), Reduced fat pretzel, eggs, whatever you like to snack on ;)
* * For non-vegetarien : No meat sorry ! But lean meat is the best . Salmon, tuna, turkey, etc.
